RESORT CONFERENCE FITNESS CLASSES
As an employer bringing your team to the resort, what better way to encourage healthy habits than to provide your team with a safe, structured Fitness class?
Having your team start their day with a "Get the body Moving" class will leave them feeling invigorated for the day and establish a sense of wellbeing. The class is structured to suit all levels of fitness with the emphasis on rehab based joint strengthening exercises.
PM Stress Reliever Class: This class will guide your team through a series of light stretches targeting fatigued and knotted muscles from having been sitting for too long. At the conclusion of the class a healthy snack and water will be provided along with an
opportunity to ask the instructor questions. You can choose to schedule a single A.M, P .M class or choose classes for multiple days.
